L'Oréal, the French flagship of the cosmetics industry, has an impressive long-term performance and seems to be relatively immune to crises. So what does L'Oréal do that other companies do not? In order to answer this enigma, the École de Paris du management has created a cycle dedicated to the managerial singularities of L'Oréal. Members of the Group are invited to discuss in public what, session after session, appears to be a partly singular managerial style, as shown by the cases already studied.
