An ever-increasing number of societal issues are becoming key concerns for companies that care about the difficulties and aspirations of their employees and, more broadly, of Citizens. This is the case at L’Oréal, which is working on the recruitment, integration and fulfilment of all talents in all their diversity, whatever their disability, gender, origins, sexual orientation, age or physical appearance... By linking such proactive actions to its raison d’être, the company is giving itself an extra soul that makes a difference, both internally and externally, particularly with younger people. Far from being a simple catalogue of good deeds, it is a powerful catalyst for the company's transformation. As all these subjects intersect and reinforce each other, a small team can, with lots of energy and a bit of method, create a positive chain reaction throughout the organisation.
