The École de Paris du management is an observatory of management practices and their impact. It is a place of inspiration and experience-sharing open to all those interested in management in all its diverse forms.
It explores management practices in all types of organisations: multinationals, SMEs, local authorities, associations, etc.
This exploration is based on a system for sharing experience and knowledge:
A living contribution to management research
Discussions are organised as part of seminars covering a wide range of fields. They are led by management researchers who are on the lookout for innovative practices and are attentive to the ways in which people do things and their effects, not just their intentions.

The École de Paris contributes to the work of a number of research chairs: the Phénix - Grandes entreprises d'avenir chair, on the transformation of large companies; the Mines urbaines chair, on the circular economy and sustainable development; and the etilab chair, on mid-sized companies.
From 2024 onwards, the seminar leaders will propose a White Paper on one or two themes, dealing with a topical issue in the light of the diversity of practices they have identified.
