In order to give you access to its work and keep you informed of its latest news, the École de Paris du management collects data about you. Aware of the trust you place in it, the École de Paris team is committed to transparency and to ensuring the protection and integrity of your data.

You can view your own personal data at any time, either via your account on the website www.ecole.org or by contacting the École de Paris team.

You have the option of refusing to provide us with your browsing data or your identification data. However, the latter is necessary for viewing work that requires logging into an account or for subscribing.

 

Data collected

The École de Paris du management uses Google Analytics to collect data about visits to its website. These data are anonymised and you have the option to refuse its collection. A banner at the bottom of each page offers you the option to disable Google Analytics cookies during your visit.

To create an account on the www.ecole.org website, register for a seminar or take out a subscription, you will need to provide the following information:

  • gender;
  • surname;
  • first name;
  • e-mail address.

You can also complete your profile with the following information:

  • telephone numbers (mobile, home, work);
  • organisation*;
  • postal address.

* Members of companies that sponsor the École de Paris must complete this field in order to benefit from the advantages reserved for them.

The École de Paris also collects the following data:

  • seminars registrations;
  • information relating to subscriptions and publications;
  • subscriptions to our various information mailings (seminar invitations, announcements of reports, etc.) and unsubscription history;
  • requests to receive reports;
  • purchase history;
  • various notes facilitating the monitoring of seminars participants and subscribers (attendance at sessions, etc.).

The École de Paris receives information (surname, first name, position, career history) and images displayed on the website from its speakers and other contributors.

 

Storage

Data is hosted by OVH SAS (2, rue Kellermann – 59100 Roubaix – France).

For mailing campaigns, email addresses are transferred to Mailjet, a site certified as GDPR compliant. These campaigns are managed by the École de Paris team.

 

Use

These data is used exclusively in the context of our activities, to enable access to our seminars, publications and information.

The following actions require data collection:

  • creating an account on the www.ecole.org website;
  • registering for seminars;
  • taking out a subscription;
  • downloading or sending a report or the Journal;
  • subscribing to the monthly newsletter;
  • invoicing for services;
  • managing corporate sponsor members;
  • managing speakers;
  • mailings.

This informations enable the École de Paris team to communicate with subscribers and seminar participants, provide information and manage the association's activities.

By providing these data, you can access the work of the École de Paris, as well as the website's features, such as registering for sessions, downloading publications, subscribing to the monthly newsletter, and posting comments on sessions.

Access to certain École de Paris partner venues requires the submission of participant lists. These lists include the surnames, first names and, where applicable, organisations of those registered.

Information about speakers is used with their consent in order to present the sessions in which they participate.

 

Modification and access to data

The aforementioned École de Paris team may record, extract, modify and delete all data stored in its database. It is available to assist anyone who wishes to view or modify their data held by the École de Paris.

The École de Paris team does not disclose any personal data to third parties without the consent of the person concerned.

In addition, all users can, from their account on ecole.org:

  • modify their password, name, email address, postal address, telephone number(s) and the name of their organisation;
  • choose whether or not to subscribe to the monthly newsletter;
  • access information about their subscription: price, start and end dates;
  • view purchases made on the site, sessions added to their favourites and upcoming sessions for which they are registered (with an indication of the status of their registration request).

The addition, modification or deletion of information concerning speakers or other contributors is reserved for the École de Paris team.

 

Security

The École de Paris remains vigilant regarding the security of the personal data it collects. It is committed to ensuring that its website is practical and secure to use.

The password chosen when creating your account is confidential. It is not visible to the École de Paris team.

Online payments are secure (3D Secure standards) and the École de Paris has no visibility of your bank details, beyond the name linked to your payment method.

The École de Paris database, an essential tool for its smooth running, is backed up daily. These backups are kept for a period of two months.
