Anne-Laure THOMAS-BRIAND

Director of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion department for the L'Oréal Group in France since 2017, she began her career at KPMG. She then worked for the La Poste group, first as head of projects related to the opening up of competition, then as Director of Diversity. She is also co-president of the AFMD (French Association of Diversity Managers), vice-president of the association Autour des Williams and treasurer of Tous En Stage.
