A graduate of the École des Hautes Études d'Ingénieur (HEI France), she joined the L'Oréal Group in 1991. She started out as a buyer, then became head of purchasing at the Aulnay-sous-Bois plant, before taking over as head of the Rambouillet plant in 2000. In 2004, she was appointed Managing Director of Purchasing for the Group. In 2011, she became General Manager of the Travel Retail markets, in which L'Oréal is the pioneer and historic leader. She joined L'Oréal's Executive Committee in 2014, becoming the Group's Chief Operating Officer: she then managed all factories, packaging laboratories, as well as purchasing and logistics, on a global scale. In 2018, she broadened her responsibilities by integrating all IT teams on a global level, where she piloted an in-depth transformation aimed at establishing technology and data at the heart of each of the Group's businesses. She is thus at the forefront of L'Oréal's ambition to become the global champion of Beauty Tech. In 2021, she was appointed head of a new Research, Innovation and Technology division, where she manages 4,000 researchers and 3,000 tech and data experts worldwide. Following the decision of the Group's Board of Directors, she is appointed Deputy CEO of L'Oréal, with effect from 1 May 2021.
