When Jean-Paul Agon, then CEO of L’Oréal, announced that 2010 would be the year of digital, it was hard to imagine what would happen next. In January 2024, the Group would be entrusted with the opening keynote at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, the world’s largest innovation exhibition – a first for a non-tech company, and a non-American one at that.
