For the last three years, she has been in charge of global employer image, the Brandstorm innovation competition, L'Oréal's portfolio of opportunities for young graduates, the ‘L'Oréal for Youth’ programme and technological solutions for recruitment. Over the previous sixteen years, she managed international digital activities for several of the Group's major brands.
