Joël TRONCHON

Chief Sustainability Officer Europe for L'Oréal since 2021, he began his professional career in the social and solidarity economy within the Fondation Agir contre l'exclusion. He then held several positions in human resources, notably at L'Oréal and then at the Casino group. From 2008 to 2021, within Groupe SEB, he was HR Director of the Culinary Products business, then Director of Sustainable Development and General Delegate of the endowment fund.
