Based on science, L'Oréal’s CSR policy is focused on concrete achievements, incremental progress and real business transformation. The results have been achieved, and the Group is at the top of all the world’s most recognised rankings. L’Oréal is taking advantage of this strategic and detailed work to deeply reinvent itself, by rethinking its products, formulas, packaging and factories, which will be carbon neutral by 2025, for instance. This titanic task also extends to the whole L’Oréal ecosystem and involves actors as different as its suppliers, consumers and customers (supermarkets, perfume chains, pharmacies, hair salons). The whole company is involved in this transformation, while continuing to achieve the operational performance it is known for.
