Thierry HERNANDEZ

He holds a master's degree in private law and trained as a chartered accountant. In 2007, he founded 3R, a business law firm specialising in business combinations (valuations, disposals and acquisitions). He was a senior executive in the Pinault (Kering) and Suez (ENGIE) groups, and then took over and managed several SMEs. He is a member of the college of valuers of the CCEF (Compagnie des conseils et experts financiers).
