Member of the French Corps des Mines; Ph.D. from the École Polytechnique. His Ph.D. thesis is entitled The Deployment Engineering of a Disruptive Platform – The case of the Electric Vehicle. Director of the Passenger Information Programme of the RATP (Public transport in Paris and Île-de-France) and former Head of the Electric Bus Programme.
