Is it possible to carry out the necessary transformations in our society and our companies without leaving people by the wayside? Jean-Pierre Aubert’s entire career has revolved around this contradiction and the means by which one can manoeuvre around the multiple obstacles and blockages which make this task particularly difficult in our country.
