Jean-Claude LE GRAND

Chief Human Relations Office for the L'Oréal group, he has spent his entire career in human resources. He joined L'Oréal in 1996, where he was successively Business HR Director, Divisional HR Director and then Global Recruitment Director. Committed to corporate diversity, parity and inclusion from an early stage, he created the Global Diversity Department in 2006. He is a graduate of the IEP in Aix-en-Provence and holds a DESS in HR from Paris Dauphine. In 2012 he was awarded the Légion d'honneur.
