Raphaël RUEGGER

A graduate of ESSEC Business School, he is an entrepreneur and consultant at ÉVIDENCE, a consulting firm specialising in cities and territories. He is a local councillor in Neuvy-sur-Barangeon, in the Cher department, and co-founded the Fédération Française des Trucs qui Marchent (French Federation of Things that Work) in 2022. He is the author of the eponymous book (Éditions Buchet-Chastel, 2025).
