Guillaume COUILLARD

A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique, he has been Chief Executive Officer of GHU Paris psychiatrie & neurosciences since September 2020. Prior to that, he held various positions in the social french ministries, was deputy director general of the Hospices civils of Lyon between 2013 and 2017, and was health adviser to the french Prime Minister between 2017 and 2020. He is co-author, with Michael Ballé and Anne-Lise Seltzer, of a book on hospital management, L'Hôpital apprenant - L'amélioration continue au service du soin (Eyrolles, 2024).
