She worked in local development from 1993 to 2004, after obtaining a post-graduate diploma in public law. She is particularly interested in the emergence and management of local multi-stakeholder projects. As an associate expert with Mairie-Conseils (Caisse des Dépôts) and the UNADEL network, she experimented with support methodologies for elected representatives and local players. From 2004 to 2014, she worked as an assistant to the President of the Laguedoc-Rossillon Regional Council, then to the President of the Aude Departmental Assembly, and finally to the President of Carcassone Aglo. From 2018 to 2023, she set up a ‘Territoire et Développement’ consultancy business. In 2023, she returned to salaried employment with the Department of Territorial Action of the Occitanie region. At the same time, from 2008 to 2020, she was an elected member of the Lézignan-Corbières municipal and intercommunal councils. Since 2015, she has been vice-president of the Aude Departmental Assembly, with responsibility for democracy and youth (as well as international action until March 2023). From 2016 to 2023, she was a member of the board of Cités Unies France. In 2023, she became vice-president of the Fondation des Territoires.
