Charles-Pierre ASTOLFI

An engineer of the École des mines, he is currently a consultant and co-founder of a proptech start-up. In 2015, he joined the ANSSI (french national agency for information systems security) in the Operations sub-directorate. Between 2018 and 2020, he was Secretary General of the Conseil national du numérique, then became CIO within the COVID vaccination task force of the french Ministry of Health, until summer 2021. He then joined the cabinet of the french Secretary of State for the Digital Economy as a regulatory advisor and led the negotiations of the DSA (Digital Services Act) and the DMA (Digital Markets Act).
