Françoise MOISAND

Having graduated with a Ph.D. in biology and a Masters in economics, she was in charge of Inserm's technology transfer office, one of the first of its kind. She later was the project manager of an exploratory Inserm mission to understand technology transfer processes and the biomedical innovation environment in China.
