Whether one is ill or well, the desire to live life well is a profound need. Today, digital technologies seem to be able to help improve the quality of life. All sorts of innovations are emerging, ranging from those helping to beat various addictions, encouraging people to become more mobile, eating more balanced diets, and monitoring one’s sleep, all in fun ways. This is made easy thanks to the mobile telephone which has become an extension of ourselves. The digital sector provides disciplines, such as positive psychology, with essential means to help one reconsider one’s quality of life. The health sector, seen until now as an increasingly unsustainable expense, is changing into a colossal market to promote good living before our very eyes and without us being necessarily aware that this is taking place. Is France which, in the eyes of the world holds the secrets to the quality of life, going to benefit from this ?
