Jean-Michel Planche started his enterprise by creating his own company in order to give himself a job. His aim was to look at things in a different light and to attempt to do things which other people felt were bound to fail. Motivated primarily by the search for enthusiasm and pleasure, he firstly wanted to delegate as much work as possible.
