Théo Scubla, a student at ESCP Europe, was struck by the potential and resilience of refugees when he met them. However, their integration often results in a strong downgrading. In 2015, he decided to react and launched a three-month training program (French, soft skills, employability, etc.) by setting up a partnership with his school and relying on student and employee volunteers. The successes were rapid and the initiative spread: more than 1,000 refugees were able to integrate without being downgraded, and 12 major schools and universities were involved. This is how each One was born. To help companies identify talent among refugees, Théo Scubla then created the headhunting firm Wero. Adapted training courses are set up in partnership with companies (Ikea, Monoprix, etc.) in sectors with a shortage of labour. Funds are raised one after the other, and an original social and professional integration system is taking shape.
