European research programmes have a reputation for being difficult to access and badly managed. As a result, many public and private research centres are no longer applying to take part in them. A year after the launch of the 2014-2020 programmes‚ what can we learn from the participation of French universities‚ research bodies and companies in existing European programmes (such as Horizon 2020‚ Erasmus+, and the EU Cohesion Fund and Structural and Investment Fund)?
