Founded in 1966, Manutan was one of the first companies to sell by catalogue in B to B. At the beginning of 2010, as a result of the digitalisation of purchasing, it was faced with new competition that profoundly challenged its value proposition. It then embarked on a vast transformation, with the guideline of putting human relations at the heart of its project and creating digital solutions for its employees, suppliers and customers.
Interview with Pierre-Olivier Brial, Deputy Managing Director of Manutan, conducted as part of the Aventures Industrielles seminar co-organised by the École de Paris du management, UIMM and La Fabrique de l'industrie.
