We have changed from a traditional society based on strong social ties, constraints because of adherence to groups and plenty of work, to a modern society where liberty prevails, social ties have become weaker and job genera tion is more difficult. By changing traditional society and what it stood for, the importance of the economy which was to diminish the rarity of the offer and increase well-being has disappeared : man is now subservient to the economy and not vice versa. How can one bridge the gap between economic production and creating meaning ?
